If you are not already involved with Skagit Valley Soccer Referees Assn. (SVSRA) and would like to be, please complete the following form and click the "Register" action.

1. If you don't have it available, you may leave the USSF ID and USSF Grade spaces blank. (This normally applies to those who are either recently licensed or have not yet attended a New Referee Clinic.) Note: USSF Grade does not refer to academic/school grade.

2. If you are already a licensed referee, please let us know that (and which clinic you attended, if known) in the notes section. If you are not already a licensed referee, your information will go onto our "waiting list". We typically host the New Referee Clinic twice per year. One is usually held in May. The other is usually held in August. When we set the dates for these clinics, those on our waiting list are the first to be informed by email.

3. If you don't want to wait for our local clinics, you can take this clinic anywhere in the state where it is offered. You can visit the Washington State Referee Committee (WASRC) website: www.wareferees.org . Follow the directions to "Become a Referee" for a list of available clinics. You can check this list often as new clinics are regularly posted. If you do take the New Referee Clinic elsewhere, please reach out to us and let us know as we do not receive any sort of notification otherwise.

4. Please do not try to log into your profile until you receive an email indicating that you have been activated. For those who are already licensed, this usually takes between 2 to 7 days. For those who are not yet licensed, your profile will not be activated until you complete the New Referee Clinic.
