<item><title>HS OverTime Rules</title>

Section 5.  Pre-match warm-up.  A minimum of twenty minutes shall be allowed for warm-up prior to the scheduled starting time.  Visiting teams have access to fields no more than one hour prior to game time. &lt;br /&gt;
 &lt;br /&gt;
Section 6.  Length of Matches.  Conference play matches will be two (2) halves of forty (40) minutes playing time.  When time is kept on a scoreboard, the scoreboard will be stopped at two (2) minutes.  The referee on the field will keep the remaining time.  His/her clock will be the official clock.  There will be a 10-minute half time. &lt;br /&gt;

Section 8.  Tie Games.  Games can end in a tie.   &lt;br /&gt;

G. In case of darkness (which prevents the determination of a winner) the match will end in a tie. &lt;br /&gt;

<description>The laws of the games (HS) say, and we have been ASKED by the coaches to.  You MUST tell both coaches what yellow card or red card you gave BEFORE you restart the game.  You do not need to tell them what happened.  You need to tell BOTH coaches &quot;Yellow for USB&quot;, or &quot;Red for Foul and Abusive Language&quot;.</description>

<description>USSF 2012 testing and registration for 2012 is different this year. Please read this whole email before starting the process. Testing will be online and registration will require printing out both the USSF registration form and the WASRC form.&lt;br /&gt;

TESTING:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Online testing for 2012 registration is now at your personal computer!  It is available in both English and Spanish. The test itself is very easy to take.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Log on the WASRC site www.wasrc.org&lt;br /&gt;
Click on REFEREE&lt;br /&gt;
Click on EDUCATION&lt;br /&gt;
Click on EXAM&lt;br /&gt;
READ THE INSTRUCTIONS&lt;br /&gt;
Click on &quot;start the exam&quot;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Chapter: is Skagit&lt;br /&gt;
Instructor: You may select any instructor &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
If you don't pass the test with a 75% (Grade 7, 5, &amp;amp; 15 need 85%)or better you have to wait to retest.  If you have a problem with the test or if you do not get at least 75%, contact the instructor that you named or email Tim Epps   tim.epps@comcast.net&lt;br /&gt;

The above Process applies to everyone currently registered for 2009, 2010 or 2011.  To remain certified, you must complete this process BEFORE December 31, 2011.  If you attended a Entry Level Clinic in June, July, or August as a NEW REFEREE, then you are already certified for 2012 and do not have to follow this process until this time next year.  If you are not sure, check your profile on the WASRC web site.&lt;br /&gt;
